Every batch of my coffee has gone through rigorous roasting and cupping sessions. I tweak each roast to find the most wonderful roast style for every batch of beans. Some coffees stand on their own as superb single origin coffees. Some coffees have been paired with each other to create a certain flavor profile. In my Medium Roast collection, I offer you many varieties of flavors, body, and boldness. Many coffee's subtle complexities are only available in medium roasted styles. It is with great pride that I select these medium roasts and highlight their best flavor profiles. Pairing these coffees and making blends is an absolute thrill for me. The icing on the cake is when my customers fall in love with them too!
