Q: When will I receive my order?
     A: You can expect your order within a week.  All coffee is fresh roasted for each order.

Q: Are there Nuts, Gluten, Dairy of Sugar added to the coffee?
     A: There are no nuts, gluten, dairy or sugars added to any of our bagged coffees.  All of our  flavored coffees are chemical solvent free and contain no traces of the above.

Q: What is the best way to store your fresh roasted Country Morning Coffee purchase?
     A: Store your Country Morning Coffee in its original bag; rolled and sealed tight.  Or, if you prefer transfer to an airtight container.  Keep your coffee in a cool, dry and dark place.  Each bag of coffee purchased at Country Morning Coffee is bagged while it is still warm from the coffee roaster. All fresh roasted coffee has to de-gass. The valve on our fresh roasted coffee bag allows this de-gassing to occur.  We chose this type of bag for our coffee because of its de-gassing valve (air can escape but no air can travel back in the bag).  Coffee exposed to the air will deteriorate in flavor and aroma.

Q: Should I freeze my coffee?                                                                                                                                   A: Freezing whole bean coffee can help keep the coffee for longer periods of time, especially if you are buying in larger quantities.  Be careful to not leave frozen bags on your counter as they can develop moisture. Coffee likes moisture only when it is brewing.

Q: How to brew a great cup!                                                                               

  • Purchase your favorite Fresh Roasted Country Morning Coffee.  I have an enormous selection of coffees.  I’m sure I have created one for you.
  • Grind your coffee fresh, to your preference, and for your particular brewing equipment.
  • Heap as you like.  I start with 2 heaping tablespoons (auto drip grind) per cup for a Mr. Coffee maker. 
  • Use good water and clean equipment!
